the rendering of game engines nowadays depend on dx11/12 and vulkan, that's just how they're updated, dx10 below are really really outdated now.

it can run in a school pc, so definetly runable
on the first shot they will go flying and blood effects are in the sky

Nevermind, It doesn't work, after the Project Euphoria icon, the next text appears.
"Unreal Engine is exiting due to D3D device being lost. (Error: 0x887A0006 - 'HUNG')"
That means your graphics card can't handle the game and just dies
